I’m Sara Ajna, a hypnotherapist, researcher, and guide devoted to the art of subconscious transformation and spiritual awakening. With over 1,000 hours of hypnotherapy training and more than a decade researching Near-Death Experiences, I hold a space where realignment, remembrance, and inner flow naturally unfold, much like water moving freely, reshaping, reflecting, and carrying life wherever it flows.
In my sessions, I incorporate water crystallography — a practice that allows us to witness how consciousness shapes energy in the world around us. Using water from the source of a sacred spring where my own healing began, we can observe its transformation before and after a session, inviting the reflection: if water outside of us can shift so beautifully, what might the water within us become as we reconnect, realign, and transform?

This sample reflects the emotional state of a client processing feelings of inadequacy, profound sadness, and self-hatred. Visually, the water takes on the appearance of a storm, filled with jagged lines reminiscent of lightning.
After the session, as the client softened into forgiveness, love, and gratitude, the water shifted. Through the Ho’oponopono prayer: I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you—it formed a radiant circle representing wholeness, and a gentle smile emerges within it.

These brainwave states make it easier to access subconscious beliefs and rewire patterns quickly and gently.
Children naturally spend most of their early years, from birth to around age 7, in these same brainwave states. This means they live primarily in hypnosis, which is why they absorb information like a sponge, easily pick up languages, and rapidly learn from their environment. Their subconscious minds are wide open, constantly imprinting beliefs, meanings, and emotional associations.
