No, you cannot get stuck in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural and safe state of focused relaxation, and you can return to full awareness at any time. Even if a session ends without formal closure, you'll naturally come out of hypnosis on your own.
No, you will not be forced to see or say anything you don't want to during your hypnotherapy session. You remain fully in control and can choose to accept or reject any suggestions. Your free will and comfort are always respected throughout the process.
